Max Vityk “A Journey”

The Ukrainian Institute of America is delighted to present ‘A Journey’, the first solo show of artist Max Vityk in New York. Curated by Walter Hoydysh, Art Director of the Ukrainian Institute and Annelien Bruins of Tang Art Advisory, the exhibition follows Max Vityk’s artistic journey from abstract expressionism to Ukrainian mysticism.
An opening reception took place on May 2nd. Due to popular demand the exhibit has been extended through June 1, 2014.
The exhibit has also been expanded to include new museum scale works by Max Vityk not shown previously.
A closing reception was held on Friday, May 30th from 6-8pm.
