DESCRIPTION:Dear Member of the Ukrainian Institute of America\, Inc.: \nPlease take notice that a meeting of the Membership (the “Membership Meeting”) of the Ukrainian Institute of America\, Inc. (the “Institute” or “UIA”)\, a New York not-for-profit corporation\, will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday\, May 15th\, 2016 at the Ukrainian Institute of America\, 2 East 79th Street\, New York\, NY for the following purposes:\n.    to report to the Membership on the progress of the Institute for the fiscal year ending June 30th\, 2015;\n.    to elect certain Directors to the Board to serve until their successors are duly elected and qualified; and\n.    to transact such other business as may properly come before the Membership Meeting or any adjournment thereof. \nSaturday\, May 14th\, 2016 (the day before the Membership Meeting) is the record date for determination of Members entitled to vote at the Membership Meeting and any adjournment thereof and only record Full Members at close of business that day will be entitled to vote. \nWe hope you are able to attend.
