DESCRIPTION:Dear Member of the Ukrainian Institute of America\, Inc.: \nPlease take notice that a meeting of the Membership (the “Membership Meeting”) of the Ukrainian Institute of America\, Inc. (the “Institute”)\, a New York not-for-profit corporation\, will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday\, March 24th\, 2019 at the Ukrainian Institute of America\, 2 East 79th Street\, New York\, NY for the following purposes: \n\nto report to the Membership on the progress of the Institute for the fiscal year ending June 30th\, 2018;\nto elect certain Directors to the Board to serve until their successors are duly elected; and\nto transact such other business as may properly come before the Membership Meeting or any adjournment thereof.\n\nSaturday\, March 23rd\, 2019 (the day before the Membership Meeting) is the record date for determination of Members entitled to vote at the Membership Meeting and any adjournment thereof.  Full Members as of the close of business on that day will be entitled to vote. \nWe encourage you to attend the meeting in person.  We will soon be sending you further information in preparation for the meeting. \nAnnual Membership Meeting
