We were honored to host the musicians of the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra for a welcome luncheon, a day of NYC excursions and a VIP Meet & Greet dinner buffet for UIA members and community leaders.
The Metropolitan Opera and the Polish National Opera gathered leading Ukrainian musicians to form the UFO, which performed in European capitals since July 28th and culminated its world tour with two NYC performances at Lincoln Center followed by their finale at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. Thanks to Canadian-Ukrainian Keri-Lynn Wilson, Conductor of the UFO, to Peter Gelb, General Manager of the Met Opera and to Waldemar Dabrowski, director of the Polish National Opera, for their vision and dedication.
