We invite you to a screening of Porcelain War (2024) on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, 6 PM at the Ukrainian Institute of America. Winner of the 2024 Sundance Grand Jury Prize for U.S. Documentary, nominated for the Academy Award® for Best Documentary Feature Film, and directed by Slava Leontyev, a nominee for the Directors Guild of America Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Documentary, Porcelain War is a stunning tribute to the resilience of the human spirit. Produced by Picturehouse, the film captures the enduring hope and passion of ordinary people navigating extraordinary circumstances.
The screening is free and open to the public. Advanced registration is appreciated. A ticketed reception with light refreshments will follow the screening.
