Members of the EUNIC Participate in a Pysanka Workshop

The Ukrainian Institute of America was delighted to welcome NYC-based members of the EU National Institutes for Culture to participate in a Pysanka Workshop, on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Led by artist and ethnographer Sofika Zielyk, attendees learned about the history of pysanky-making as well as traditional techniques of ‘writing’ ancient designs on eggs.
