ABOUT THE BOOK
EYES UP! is an inspiring guide to leading a richer, more successful life by expanding our vision to take in more of the world around us and discover deeper purpose and meaning. In his book, TJ Kostecky, head men’s soccer coach at Bard College, lays the groundwork to shift our lens by focusing on the 5 Ps – Perceive, Process, Plan, Perform, and Persist. With that expanded perspective, the readers will learn seven key principles to transform their lives and the lives of others through their leadership.
