On Friday May 6, 2022, we opened our third floor Members’ Lounge and launched First Fridays at the Institute for the exclusive enjoyment of UIA Members and their invited guests. This pilot program, which will initially take place monthly, expands the benefits of UIA membership by providing access to the fully staffed Lounge for members’ personal use during its hours of operation, 4-9 PM. Sit and read a book, meet with a colleague, enjoy refreshments with old friends and new, or just take in the spectacular views of The Metropolitan Museum and Central Park, from the windows of our magnificent third floor Lounge.
